I spent the last 7-8 years being jealous and making fun of these guys because I was a real musician who wrote original music and they were famous for doing covers, but now that I'm over it, I can understand why they are so popular. They don't just do covers. They capture the soul of the song in a way a simple cover could ever do! Wow!

Been a Floyd fan since my early teens and I'm now 64..been playing the acoustic now for over 2 years and adore playing this absolute classic.. Have seen many many people cover it and for me this is as good as I've seen.. Great vocal too 👌

I discovered Boyce Avenue here in the UK in a local coffee shop one lunchtime. I asked what the music was that was playing and was told it was Boyce Avenue. I've been hooked ever since.

Thank you for doing this amazing rendition of one Pink Floyd's most poignant songs. The main refrain of the song, "wish you were here", is so apropos, given that so many people are separated from each other due to this COVID-19 social distancing, and therefore long for the companionship that is being denied them. The song is so timely despite being written so many decades ago. It expresses our need for human connection.

Cover is Close to original, but his voice is different. Imagine if this guy was sing ing this song 40 years ago. It will never be so famous. Original David"s voice is very specific and masculine. Nobody can't beat that (in this song).
