Your studio is so kool and bright!!! Great idea for your painting easel! Reconfiguring a wooden pallet as an easel is ingenious and economical, especially for artists who aren't able to afford an easel or a big one or multiples. So kool! Thanx!
Thanks so much, I love it too! Sustainably and reducing consumption as much as possible are very important to me. Almost everything in my studio is made from found wood or found furniture which I repurposed. I love that I get to give these items a second life rather than letting them end up in a landfill ❤️
I've been waiting for this all week. Thanks for opening up your art studio and letting us into this cool space and process! Would also love to see more of your paintings from start to finish.
Thanks Emma! Yes, super lucky to have the beams which meant I could easily connect hanging storage. They are super easy to make, here is the tutorial from Mark Carder I followed, in case you want to check it out: ua-cam.com/video/2qHP8jv6a7M/v-deo.html&ab_channel=DrawMixPaint Xo
Yes it would be but in this case I'm not applying a gloss or varnish, I'm doing something called "oiling out" where I apply a mix of stand oil & Sansodor, let it sit for a couple of minutes then wipe it off. This is to even-out the various levels of gloss and matt textures I have on a painting after applying several layers. Thanks for reaching out!
AWESOME! Thanks for showing.

Did you mention the medium.
How did you get discovered?
Hi Anthony, I'm using white-spirits and liquin to get a more fluid movement in the paint.
