I've asked the vendors how to make some sauce recipes. But they didn't agree with me. You can make chili salt. You need salt, sugar, red chili, and chicken powder and mix them well. Must be strong taste. For me I like spicier. It goes well with mango or guava. Thank you very much for supporting my channel 🙏

The variety of fruit...some veg too is included...cannot identify some of the fruits...
..and the sauces...what goes into the mix..?
The fruit rojak sauce has shrimp paste, tamarind, brown sugar and salt, the chillie paste is added separately depending on taste..and some like to drizzle a squeeze of calamansi to it...the final top up after assembling fruit of choice and a liberal dose of sauce and chillie/calamansi is a thin fried crisp, broken to bits and a generous sprinkling of peanut powder...
The other rojak or pasembor has thin slivers of cucumber, sengkuang and scalded bean sprouts, tofu pieces, pieces of small fried cakes, one made with grated coconut, flour and spices, and the other flour with sugar, salt, a pinch of turmeric powder and added yeast...
A boiled egg is included and some like to add slices of curried squid...
These ingredients are assembled and a tangy sauce made of brown sugar, tamarind, salt, peanuts and a scant amount of prawn paste, is poured over the mix...

we have all kinds of it here, the shrimp paste in which we call “kapi” and some fermented fish paste which is “prahok” and the others are just salt, sugar and chilis, but in different kinds and forms! u should come and try it sometimes
