Reckless Safari Operator At Leopard Sighting In Kruger Park

- Safari operators think the Park belongs to them. They are very eager to give their customers a glimpse of one of the big five hoping to get that big $$$ tip? This is a common complaint in Kruger National Park, where visitors driving on their own feel shorthanded by the big safari vehicles.
OSV (Open Safari Vehicles) Operators Vows To Follow The Rules:
• Always honour and respect the rights of all visitors and wildlife in the Kruger National Park.
• Always respect all speed limits at all times.
• Respect the rights of all parties to see rare sightings of all game and will not obscure the view.
• Treat all fellow visitors with respect and will be grateful that they are visiting our beautiful country.
• Speak to all people with humility and good manners.
• Will drive with dignity and be recognised for good behaviour on the roads.
• Will be a credit to our company without exception;
• Become the benchmark for responsible guiding in this country.
Visitors must obey the Rules of Kruger National Park:
• Visitors must remain in their vehicles unless in a designated area.
Remember that no part of the body may protrude from a window or sunroof or any other part of the vehicle. Vehicle doors should be closed at all times.
• Stick to the speed limit! All general rules of the road apply within the Kruger National Park. The speed limit is 50 km/h on tar roads and 40 km/h on gravel roads. Please note that not all roads are accessible to caravans.
• Look at the gate times in your green gate permit. You must be inside the camp or out of the gate before these times. No travelling before or after these times are allowed. Gate times must be strictly adhered to and late comers may be subject to a fine.
• You are not allowed to drive “off-road” or on roads with a “no entry” sign.
• The feeding or disturbing of animals is a serious offence. Remember, animals see litter as food!
Please read more: www.sanparks.org/parks/kruger... *********Rules and regulations are enforced under the National Environmental Management: Protected Areas Act, 2003 (Act no. 57 of 2003) and transgression can result in a fine.
SANParks (Kruger National Parks) encourage visitors to identify other visitors breaking the rules above which can result in a fine and more...
Seems he wasn't paying attention!
Think he needs to learn again how to drive!!
This is becoming a very familiar occurrence in the Kruger. The authorities need to step in and start banning these operators. It will soon stop
Where did this fellow get a driving license, a pack of chappies?
is he drunk?
well done for posting this, these operators should be named and shamed, and frankly banned from operating in the park, they behave like the park belongs to them, idiots
Steven Bennett True; He is driving abnormally...
I have seen much worse than this. Had to ask these drivers to make way for an ambulance, an elderly lady had a hart attack near Lower Sabie. They blocked the road and refused to move, they had to be shouted at, eventually moved with harsh words from their side. If you don't move out of their way they will smash into you.
Everyone gets so excited to see the one-inch animal in the distance, not concentrating on what they are doing to everyone around them. The diver of the green vehicle nearly went into that white twin cab.
if i had the money i would buy up all these tourist safari lodges and then close them down. Leave nature and wild life alone.
He seems think the safari vehicle gives him authority over every motorist on the road
These people are the reason why those lovely animal don’t trust humans and if they attack us, animal fault will be counted not these idiots
What a reckless driver!!!
The safari operators are like Cowboys in the Wild West movies.
Always from dumb right next to dumbest ...
Kruger looks like the same spot in every video I've ever watched. maasai mara videos you'll see every animal and is so diverse despite being way smaller. I guess its the grassland safari advantage over woodland savannah
Had a similar problem last year on the road btw orpen and satara. The stupid driver from TallyHo Safaris was driving forward while looking through his binoculars sideways and bumped our car!
Did he get his drivers license from a cereal box 🤦🏻♀️😳
He's driving like the road belongs to his pop in law. 😡😡
Who goes to Lower Sabie anyway ..Go north and be by myself on a dust road ..The leopard wont attack that lady ..
Kruger National park is Very nice 🦁🦁
These Safari guides think they own the park. Ban this company from the park
This is my grandpa that made this video
What the fuck is that guide doing!
looks like a nightmare of a safari!! so much traffic. might as well be in LA
Has to be first day driving , l was like this in my day 1
He's a Taxi Driver
Looks like a Safari in India. All the guides drive like that in the tiger parks.
This isn't India boomer
@@ashutoshverma237 Bruh! He clearly said it 'looks like'...l!🙄
So times some guides think they own the bush. Should have been fired immediately.

Looks like all you do is film other people. I didnt see any leopard, if there really was one.
its looks like vehicles for sale to me. They were test driving those vehicles
If it wasn't for the beautiful animals & county he / she be out of work
Awful. Who would want to go there? It's just a big traffic jam! Taffic jam in a zoo!
I hope you did Report him. Jerks like him will ruin it for everybody.
Why, is that what you do? Report people...

He should be traced and banned for life from the Kruger altogether.
In actual fact he does seem drunk.
Too far man🙁🙁
Safari operators always has been a problem with no regard to rules in the Kruger for many years and it just get worse.....!!!@
Isn’t it inevitable this is bound to happen .They are all looking for a tip from their passengers just to spot an animal .You are all to blame .These wide open savannahs and the animals have to put up with noisy jeeps and overly excited tourists .
Vraiment nul ......cest honteux de pratiquer cela
Why would you film this?
Poepol
Why this video? Time waste .nothing but cars we can see that all day in the city
Didnt you hear the hyenas and lions arguing against each other?
A real Dutchman.
Actually he is English lol
Ek sien niks fout nie.. Jy is paniekerig vir niks wil net mense se gat toe steek
Dan moet jy of blind of 'n toergids wees.
I do think that the stupid tourists inside the vehicle have been nagging and scolding continuosly against the poor driver when they found not even one leopard in sight as promised in the pamplets. Thats why he drove erratically like that as if his vehicle was full of mean leopards themselves. If i am the driver, i will ask those tourists to get down and look for the leopards themselves. The leopards will have a field day then.
He actually didn't do anything wrong. With respect it's the cars who crowd the vehicles who cause more of a problem. The car behind the OV should not have come up so close. They saw he was reversing. Why didnt they give him space. My opinion all private vehicles should be banned fro. Kruger and only OV operators allowed in.
This is my grandpa that made this video
