Here because we've now signed him. How perceptive and insightful of you. All the best. Here for your growth
We will get him and he will do an Emmanuel Adebayor in a red shirt 😂 he looks like a star i went and did some research on him and watched some vids.
i think if we develop him right and the environment right around him he will have the world’s at his feet.
Hopefully the CR7 celebration bows in our favour
He seems to be a Ronaldo fan !
He watched 4560 minutes of Ronaldo footage, that's how much of a fan he is!
@@Easy_Now_Star😂what??? He's definitely coming to united
Which Ronaldo?
@@Matthews_Dintwe the one whose celebration he was doing after scoring the goal.

Smart analysis with the MLS recommendation
The MLS is getting better and better every year i’m an american so i keep up with the league.
I think INEOS should purchase a team here and send our young players here to develop. we just had 14 year old Cavan Sullivan who just made his debut.
the facilities over here are great too. people dismiss American Football/Soccer because it’s behind when it comes to Football but it’s getting better and better. Trust me
Think there will be rules to prevent us from owning another team maybe.
@@VirkStar321 nah i don’t think so
@@VirkStar321why would there?
No there isn't.@@VirkStar321
True
Why would you send him across the ocean to play in a top 16 league where winning isn't the top priority? The sensible choice would be to loan him to Lausanne. The Swiss league is a good league where winning is of the utmost importance and he would get to play with a talent like Pufundi.
INEOS has a multi club model for a reason. Chido could easily be fast-tracked from Lussane to Nice to United, why over complicated it and send him to a team in the MLS that you can't control?
Your knowledge of football is evidently very poor, refrain from commenting as much as you can in future. Try to learn first.

he looks like a 24 year old playing against 16 year olds. Was a bit of a problem for Lukakus development no?
@@paulb1951 Haaland is one out of thousands.
No... Lukaku is just extremely inconsistent
Lukaku put on too much muscle at Utd.
@@kingof206 yeah but one of the 'theories' is that at youth level he was just much stronger than all the other players he was against so ended up relying too much on his strength etc and not developing his game enough beyond that. But yea you're right it's most likely just naturaly talent et heavy touch. I agree Obi looks like he's got a bit more finesse about his game.
Reason why club rarely loan players to mls because their player rule is weird compared to other league. Imo its better if he went to denmark or austria first, then bundesliga next season.
I've really hated watching this phenom in an Arsenal shirt... will be a great steal. Hope we get it done
greenwood scored as a winger
He was a CF in the academy, even Rashford.
Greenwood is a CF. RW is his secondary position, but that's just more evidence of how good he was to score that many from there.
@@PabloM254 he played some games as a st but later switched to rw
@@wolfswinkel8906 Greenwood is a baller, looks like a winger/inside forward from the right. Shame we got rid... He ain't no striker though - no chance.

great pickup for United!
Great video ,would you please do one on Fish , Oyedele, Collyer and Biancheri
He did on oyedele. But, people doubting his analysis on him
Oyedele is underated is better than Collyer and hanable seriously
I absolutly can not miss this one. Also united likely is the best for him. We give young lads the chance and know how to develop them
Greenwood was next level either foot
We've signed him. Here we gooo
cool story bro
Lesgoooo
Pretty sure players aren't allowed to go out on loan until they are 18 years old. Technically they are still a child before that age, and the club have a duty of care which they can't do to a satisfactory level when a player is hundreds maybe even thousands of miles away (In terms of the MLS). While a loan to America to play professional football would also require a VISA which I'd imagine would be very hard to get for a child who is only going to be there for a matter of months.
United have the same potential issue with Harry Amass, too good to play in the under 23's, he needs to be playing a higher standard to continue his development. Yet he clearly isn't ready to play in the senior team. However, with him turning 17 last March he won't be able to go on loan this season. So will have to play at under 23's level.
Ya, the lad is great player like Holland when he was Young scored 9 goals in one match at National team.
How do you rate Lausanne if Utd get serious about settling players?
Very good outside -the- box thinking and analysis but you fail to factor in how ridiculous it would sound to his parents and family to leave Europe with all the club sides available to travel overseas for inferior football and coaching not to mention adjustments for a kid!
His family must have already made a lot of sacrifices and I don't think they can be selfish and ignore his siblings and relocate the whole family!
As long as he joins a club with a plan in place for his development,he will thrive!
Manchester United with INEOS now have a network of clubs and coaches in Europe as in Lausanne in Switzerland,Nice in France and Our ex players who coach in the championship who would look after him!
ETH has very good networks in Eredivise with clubs he managed in and the youth will have good opinions to play first team football and get minutes on loan if he chooses!
Sometimes, the best thing is to learn a new style with the club and teammates and hang around the first team to get tips and learn from experienced pros!
It is always harder for strikers to make that jump from academy to first team and that is why Greenwood was an anomaly!
Thanks but I’d disagree. Young players go on loan all the time. If the proper network is set up it would benefit players to go out to America. The culture change is not that much even compared with sending them on loan to other European clubs.
I think all parties would prefer it to just playing under 18/21 football
Mls is decent but the thing is its lacking the number of games per season. And defending style over there is different too. Would rather to see him in championship or league 1 in england. The weather the same, the intensity almost the same, easier adaptation to the big league
How many did Charlie McNeil score
Greenwood>>>
The different season dates are a big reason for not loaning (I would think)
Denmark will have a fearsome strike force in Obi-Martin & Holjund in the next 10years
Sign him up ASAP possibly looking at the next mbappe
I would love him to come to United but let’s be honest, Dortmund would be his best destination for development
No.
Idk. I don't doubt his quality but the thing is we have wheatley. Unless obi martin does a madness and surpasses wheatley, we'll sell him in 3 years or so.
chido obi is far better than wheatley in terms of goalscoring and its two years younger as well
And sell him for a profit. Hows that a bad thing?
we will probably sell Wheatley like we did with Kambwala. Sell him to a championship team with a buy back and massive sell-on clause.
@@daviesugo7641he isn't eligible to sign a professional contract until he is 17. He could leave and sign that professional contract elsewhere. We have our foot in the door but we haven't locked him down.
Honestly Wheatley is very overrated
In terms of raw ability is he better than Amir ibramovic or Shea Lacey ?
All three play different positions.
how did he do against our youth teams?
Genuine question, whats ur proof that the MLS is a good platform for player development? Not a wealth of players transitioning to europe, and it might not be a great idea to send a child to the US
Brother go look at the amount of exports the MLS has had over the last 7 years and come back to this video...the internet is FREE
@@DequanClarke i have too much football knowledge to google that, I can just take 5 mins and think to myself. If u r saying the MLS is a good for preparing players then u’d expect a few MLS exports playing at the highest level. In reality only alphonso davies plays at the highest level. The likes of Tim Ream, Tyler Adams, Mckennie, Jack Harrison are mediocre at best and are not frequent enough to consider the league good. In comparison the Belgium, Scottish, Turkish are all better at preparing players for the Premier League and at a level that a 16-21 year old can join and develop his game
So you're saying he could have scored 50 goals if he played 30 games?? Do you know how ridiculous that stat is? Wow
Why not Austria, Netherlands, or something?
I think the point is to loan him into a league without relegation so there's no pressure on the manager fielding older established players as the repercussions are not the same...
Youth scoring records aren’t everything. Mentality. That’s what I’m looking for.
Charlie McNeill scored SIX HUNDRED academy goals and did nothing for our first team.
Greenwood had feet but had an overinflated ego.
Ability has to be matched by mentality for any academy player to be anything to be excited about. That’s why Yoro is special. That’s why Mainoo is special. I hope that if we do get him, he can be built brick by brick into an incredible machine of a player.
I think that was before u16 football
Look when it comes to Greenwood he was fucking amazing he’s a cunt as a person but as a footballer, he’s one of the best young strikers I’ve seen with both feet too
It is like everyone from that academy era was not destined to make it at Utd. Had high hopes for Garner, Levitt, Elanga, Mengi, Galbraith, Angel Gomes, and Shoretire. I always think if Greenwood was a year younger and came through Fletcher's guidance like Garnacho and Mainoo things might have been different.
Like a tall George Weah
At 16 I don’t think he can be loaned outside of Europe. I don’t think he can be loaned out before the age of 18.
It's time for Maguire to switch clubs solely because he doesn't need this kinda negativity in the training where he's mugged every morning whenever they go on the field! 😂
Should be around the 1st team at Man United, if he joins.
Not the MLS 😂 As a Mexican who sees the MLS ocassionaly, I can tell you that the MLS lacks a lot of fundamental education to players that he would recieve in a lot of the leagues you spoke about.
A lot of the lower tier leagues in Europe are in fact a "lower level" than the MLS but most of the players are taught fundamentals because that leagues function as developmental leagues as their aim is to develop players to sell to the tier 1 leagues.
Remember Cherno Samba?
Can we try and buy Arsenal's number 10? He looks special.
Very talented but i don't see a pathway for Chido Obi with Zirkzee, Hojlund and Wheatley in a 1 man striker system that ten Hag favours 98% of the time.
All 3 of our strikers are young/relatively young. His agent would be stupid to advise him to join us.
Its a shame as I actually prefer Chido Obi direct running in behind playing style over the frustrating Zirkzee/Kane come deep pseudo central midfielder playing style.
Chido Obi is better than Wheatley already imo and is 2 years younger. The next 18 months would essentially be a free hit in terms of refining his game and then seeing how he is compared to the other strikers, and even then he'd only be 18. It's not like he's gonna be our starting striker in the next 2-3 years unless he literally becomes the next Mbappe.
@@KCTellem Mate I would love us to sign him. But from Chido's point of view, he would be a fool to join us. When Chido Obi is 18, Zirkzee is 25, Hojlund is still only 23 and Wheatley would only be 20. With the PR around Wheatley being no.250 in academy production line I can see Wheatley getting overused. But yeah the pathway is blocked imo.
Signing Zirkzee ruined any chance of this unfortunately. Unless we are saying the plan is for us to do what Newcastle did with Joelington and convert Zirkzee into a midfielder and be Fernandes replacement? Otherwise, yeah I can't see the Chido thing working.
@@KCTellemsame , I have no doubt he would be promoted to the under 21s straight away
@@-_-DatDude no. Zirkzee, imo his future lies in number 10. I think chido has a clear pathway for Man United
@@-_-DatDudewe just signed him 🎉
Better than Ligue 1😭😭what??
Ligue 2
Honestly, your statement of MLS being a better development league or more competitive league than Ligue 1 is so wrong. Ligue 1 production belt is unparalleled due to its free-flowing brand of football. Step it up, Atlantis. I respect your opinion but no respectable individual would compare those two leagues. Your welcome to come to an FC Dallas game any time as I am a season ticket holder and see for yourself the quality.
No it’s not. You’re missing the point. He’s not going to play at a Ligue 1 club. He needs a level below. People are saying the MLS is not the place to send him and then suggesting leagues that he’ll probably won’t even start in
I think you're mixing up Ligue 1 with League 1 which is the 3rd division in England.
Yeah mate you’ve mixed up Ligue 1 with league 1
Sign him and send him to Oxford United. They need a striker and Des Buckingham come from the school of Pep and plays attractive football
God forbid you saying this lad is better than Greenwood
Man, I get Greenwood had his dark past. But people underrate how talented Mason is. He put fear in goalies when he started playing first team footie.
He literally is by the goals per minute stat. How are people saying he’s not better when it’s a stat.
Stylistically, they are different ; Chido is an Haaland or Osihmen esque ,his finnesse however is a bit of Henry whereas Greenwood is Van Persie mode
Charlie Mac Neil has rate similar to greenwood chido obi martins has not reached greenwood levels it’s not the numbers it’s the quality
MLS is not the best place, u have to consider that they are going to have a personal life outside of football, he will learn bad habits like partying, drinking, etc. Send him to epl league 1 or 2, then championship. He will qualify for the home grown rule(playing 3 years in Brittian before 21)
His teammates dont liked him, you can just see it
This shows nothing...player like Charlie McNeill at Manchester United also score lots of goal during youth...yet, he still can't break into the first team at united.
Nice
Greenwood is unique
The team already got Hojlund and Zirkzee.
He’s 16 mate
IMO, the chance is not so high. Chido wants big money and a starter position. Among all the contenders, only Dortmund could offer him a chance like that. MU already had 2 strikers who are more experience than him and also young, I do not see Ten Hag willing to put Chido in a starting position.
That's an official report? Or he's just mad at Arsenal?
Who said he wants big money? Stop spreading lies, the kid just wants a clear path to first team football which arsenal don't have.
Arteta doesn't promote academy players, the only player he promoted was smith-rowe who rarely plays and is looking to be sold anyway.
United trusts in youth.

@AtlantisFootball I completely disagree with everything you said in this statement. I watched the MLS, and honestly, it is still very poor. The passing in the league is terrible, and I don't even need to mention defending and movements because it's like what we call master league football.
