I almost agree with the judge except she didn’t address whether Tony Buzbee is registered in the southern district of NY and able to sue but I feel it is best to let the process play out so they can’t keep coming back. Buzbee has until Jan. 10 th to bring some evidence and I believe he will withdraw the case at the last minute rather than have it dismissed with prejudice and shut down forever. Tony has no evidence to support the claim. This also debunks Raymir’s claim that the courts favor JZ and committed fraud. He just lost his cases and the court got tired of him and shut him down.
@ Civil cases are normally settled. The court is allowing time for the parties to come to an agreement honestly. JZ already says not one red penny and Buzbee does get a chance to respond but I believe moving forward would severely harm the plaintiff. The judge will decide if there’s enough evidence to move on so if no agreement the judge will probably dismiss it.

Case in point Simpson V Goldman/Brown. OJ was acquitted in his criminal trial, but he was found liable in civil court. If Jay is innocent (in this case) then he needs to let the process play out. Him and Spiro are use to strong arming opposing counsel and alleged victims, but they got the right judge this time.
