  • Here are some of my favorite dynamic warm up exercises to do pre-workout. Warming up before any strenuous activity is super important. What's the difference between Dynamic & Static stretches? STATIC - HOLD a stretch. DYNAMIC - Small movements to prepare your body for a workout or activity.
    Dynamic exercises allow oxygen to begin flowing through your body & helps warm up your muscles. Why is it so important? Helps to reduce the risk of injury & improves performance during your activity.
