Before my grandma passed away she used one of those grabbing things because she was in a wheelchair all the time and could only move her arms a bit so this gave her a little more independence also because she couldn’t speak so she could just grab her tissues or sweets rather than grunting to try get my grandad to understand what she wanted x

Try another one. Pay attention to the type of scrubbing you’re doing and remember to adjust its texture to that application (using water temperature)
Buy the solid square block ones & cut off a sponge sized slice, it won't tear like that anymore.

@@nickhh4475 I've tried the :-) ones he's talking about. It's almost like they're designed to fail. They are really cute but they lack any material in the section design for the most scrubbing. I like their sponge texture but they're solid square ones work much better than the smiley face ones.
these are not like normal sponges and you can use them for quite a long time if you are drying them out properly when you are done using them.
It is all nylon material.

Those can toppers might keep stuff from getting in, but won’t save you from any germs on the top of the can from handling. It’s just an outer cone that pops on, so when you drink or it gets knocked over the liquid can come into contact with the entire top of the can, more than your lips would touch drinking from it directly.
Everyone is asking why people are now worried about hygiene, it’s because people now have a major incentive. It used to be, be hygienic so you don’t get weird looks at the grocery store. Nowadays it’s more like, CLEAN EVERYTHING OR DIE!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad got similar can bottle lids years ago for fishing, they had a screw top though and were thicker plastic, much better quality than the as seen on TV ones. No idea where he got them, probably off the back of a lorry, he was a sketchy guy
