First time I played Sprinkle, when I got to the tee-box of #9 there was a group of six or seven young guys throwing bombs over the top trying to cut the corner. I could see I had zero chance of being able to do that. Thanks for visiting that course for Vlogmas, it was fun to see your perspective on it. I would like to see what you would do with the course down at Flying Armadillo.
Love watching your form Connor. You played through my group at USDGC this year in between the water hole and the beach hole on one of your practice rounds while you were filming. I study your form enough that I could tell it was you from your 2nd throw while we were just finished tapping out and waiting for you to catch up and play through. Wishing you all the best this upcoming season.
Thank you for sharing Robert, pretty neat to hear you say that! Im glad you are able to learn from my swing and hope to see you out on the course again some day!
You should take a break and go goof off at Flying Armadillo next. I love the Sprinkle Valley course. I last played it in spring when their fields of flowers were in bloom, just a beautiful course.
I don't think we are gonna make it to the Armadillo for this years Vlogmas but I will definitely be getting out there for some fun this off season. Maybe will even film some action! Id love to see the course in bloom!!
@@ConnorOReillyDG This is exactly my sentiment. All the love in the world for Mint and the course they built but we really need to see more tee options and improved pads.

A lot of the best courses are indeed on public parks land as you have mentioned. While we may not technically pay to play each time we go to these courses the local taxpayers are paying for the upkeep of these properties so they aren't without cost. As much as not paying to play is nice I understand it is a necessary thing if we want more and better courses!

See why your like this course so much sweet looking
My favorite Austin course!
Quickly becoming mine too, 51% Roy 49% Sprinkle for me until Sprinkle has some longer tees/3 sets of tees per hole.

Such a fun course!
I shot my course record there on Thursday and was still a few over par cause that place definitely don’t play around. 😅
I agree its equal parts fun and challenge! Can't wait to play it again!
Congrats on your new PR! Always a great feeling!
Show me something better than Vlogmas with Connor. I’ll wait…
I really appreciate it!👊
