Bit of a late response but I just recently found this channel. As a vegetarian I want to answer Dannys question; I personally love the taste of meat but don't eat it for health, environment and ethical reasons. So yes, I would eat "meat" if they were able to make it identical to animal meat and I do eat the options available now, but I don't think they can market it as real meat. (I also do know a lot of vegetarian/vegans just don't like the taste of meat and/or don't want food that imitates animals)
The environment needs meat eaters, we are meat eaters, watch the show MeatEaters and Steve Rinella will explain why it’s so important for us to eat animals. Of course there are bad manufacturers who do it the wrong way but it is a quintessential duty as omnivores to use what we were developed to do, as we are indeed animals, and animals eat other animals with no care in the wild…
@@dakotalenzi7630 The environment doesn't need farms. If you're exclusively eating hunted wild overpopulated animals, then your argument makes sense. But breeding and eating cows and chickens on a farm is objectively not helping the environment
As someone who is plant based I love this video. Vegan meats are pretty good, not exact but still delicious. My fiancé is a big meat eater but he eats all the vegan meats with me, sometimes he prefers them!
I'm very picky about meatballs. I marinate beef/pork meatballs in red wine, organic honey, garlic and Chinese Five Spice overnight. I brown the meatballs and then bake.
12:25 I really doubt you could label that as meat, and a good example as to why that would probably never happen is because, some brands that make that burger cheese can no longer call it cheese slices and they have to call it burger slices, because the amount of cheese in a serving isn’t enough to be labelled as cheese even though it is real cheese. So if you can’t call a small amount of cheese cheese than you probably can’t call fake meat meat. Sorry for the poor punctuation also this episode is fire.
I just try to replace some things in my diet and eat less meat, for environment/ethical purposes tbh. I use vegan butter, vegan creamer for my coffee and omfg i LOVE vegan cream cheese, and if their is a veggie option i will usually choose that in restaurants. BUT REAL CHEESE is my weakness.
im so happy i found this channel thanks joe
Welcome!! 🙏🏻
not me watching this after Danny's come out video and knowing exactly why they laughed so much when Danny said he loves a sausage😭🤣🤣🤍
To be fair they say "gay stuff" like that all the time and was a very short clip

I haven’t eaten meat for 15 years but sometimes I just want a damn burger! So beyond and impossible are amazing options
Makes sense!

Love you guys. Obsessed with Antonio. Is he single and into older women? Lol 😉
Who isn’t into older women??

Watching this today when he started talking about Putin and the USA 👁👁
How dare you say you hate oat milk. Some of us are lactose intolerant, Antonio. 😢 I love oat water. 😢
Impossible burgers are way better than Beyond. Beyond burgers have a funky smell and the smell carries into the taste.
Silly silly
I'm on the flip side where I am allergic to.some of the ingredients in beyond meat. If they could make it allergy friendly sign me up
Foist. *20's mobster accent*
