Still a lot to do by Friday evening. As for the inspection, seems odd that the ceiling lights are on; maybe they are considered construction lights. You will get it done!
The lights are considered low voltage that has been approved. That included my work. The high voltage is still in need of inspection which are for the receptacles

Our church has a short through projector that we're not using. I'm not sure how wide you need but it fills a 15-20 ft wall from 10 ft away.

two projectors would have been good that way specialy two 7k lumen ones just had to mount them differently, maybe better adjustable mounts
I agree but they wanted to move in a different direction. I never 100% trust those calculators for screen size and placement
