When you said you didn't have a cool, nice background I was a little surprised because I was thinking the entire time that the background was beautiful, calming, and didn't distract from your message. My favorite drink: lychee martini, my goal: to stop being concerned with what people think about me. I'm looking forward to this series 😊
I absolutely love this idea! And I really did feel like I was sitting down and just chatting about life. There is something so special about letting the slow and quiet parts of the day be slow and quiet and full of intention!

I loved this and it’s such a great idea. Like others have said it feels like you’re sat down with a friend chatting watching the sunset (side note, all of you videos should be in this spot, this background is was more beautiful than what other YTers have!). But seriously, I love your vulnerability, openness and honestly, it’s so refreshing! You made me think about goals and dreams I have (travelling and my career in counselling being the main 2) and it’s great to have time to sit and think of those things. I’m looking forward to the next video! ☺️

I would have thought you were like 21 - 23 (so 22 🤦🏽♀️😅) you look so young!
You know as a kid when you used to make concoctions of the most random things for example I used to make mud pies in both my grandads gardens your drink is giving that I love the creativity 😂
I can relate on a different level to those unique family memories my family always ate dinner together at the table every night with classic fm on the tv it was the time when my father was the most mentally abusive in a day but the memories of discussing our days is something I’ll never forget and something I’d love to have with my own children (just minus the mental manipulation 🤣)
Personally I think this podcast is a lovely idea your insta content is great as it’s super informative and entertaining but this adds a more personal connection to who you are ☺️
Just an observation but it seems 8’s are an important number in your life in regards to life experiences/shaping who you are so I am so excited to see what life looks like for you at 28 I feel you’ve got so much exciting things coming up for you! 🥰
I did the whole drinking and partying between the ages of 11 - 15 too when I think back to it I’m like gosh I was so young to be experiencing things that happened then, I just want to hold and protect that child version of myself from so much she didn’t know was coming for her.
Those old fashion values you have are so beautiful i am a woman who finds that vulnerability to be in my feminine energy extremely challenging but you are such a soft and warm masculine energy that its so easy to feel connected and safe to express what’s on my heart purely because you’re also so real and open which from my experience I haven’t found to be very common it’s very refreshing.
My biggest love language is cooking for those I love, my family are Sicilian Cuban Native American English and feasting is a huge part of our family dynamic I will happily spend 4-6 hours cooking in a kitchen to see my family’s faces when they sit down to a meal I have cooked with my own hands, that’s such a heartwarming experience to me.
Being close to your family means everything to me, family is a blessing (even the members that don’t quite get things the way you hoped they would) 🥰
Fizzy water always confuses me 🤣when I drink it I just feel so confused like it’s water but it bubbles throws off my senses every time I just can’t get behind it 😅

Haha preach to getting older the simple things have always been important to me but when I hit 25 those simple things got so much more important, must be our age fr🤣
Your grandparents sound incredible, I grew up the same with my grandparents especially both my grandads I used to plant tomatoes and sunflowers with my dads dad in his green house and cucumbers and carrots and sunflowers with my mums dad…my dads dad passed when I was 10 but for the last 6 years I plant sunflowers in his memory (and the past 3 years a crap ton of fruit and veggies with my mums dad in both of our gardens and then we share harvests from our gardens, I love it! 🥰)
I grew up with varying genres of music too every single member of my mums side of the family either sing or play an instrument - said best by Ray Charles - I was born with music inside me 😌 I listen to any genre of music from any decade from blues brothers and Eddie Cochran to Enhypen and Morgan Wallen…music (and food) is the way to my heart!
The inspo shit hits me I am the same I figure out that stuff after I’ve repeatedly kicked myself in the ass 🤣
My favourite drink; okay so I’m sober so I mostly just drink water (flat not fizzy 😅) but occasionally I love a good Dr Pep or Orange Lucozade although one of them can last me like a month in a bottle 🤣 long story short too much sugar or any caffeine turns me into the pink Duracell bunny if you then gave it crack too it’s a wild experience for all involved 🫠

My biggest goal right now is having a healthy mind and healthy body - I have been challenged by anxiety of varying levels since I was 14 and I’m at the point now where I just want to experience so much more than the small town I have been living in my whole life. There’s a place called Norfolk in the UK and I have always wanted to live there right by the sea (the water is my happy place plus its structure molecularly is just fascinating - check out “what the bleep do we know” if that’s interesting to you too it’s on UA-cam for free so blooming cool!) so yeah I hope to move there soon too - if you ever get chance to come to the UK check out Oulton Broad in Suffolk too honestly one of the most soul reviving places I have ever been full of nature and wildlife and the community is amazing!
I hear you and I see you, you have a lot to give the world I feel very blessed that the universe aligned me with your Instagram and now your UA-cam it’s a blessing to get to know you, there’s a Zulu greeting I learnt from my mentor and it feels so right for this moment it is Sawubona I won’t go into explaining because I already wrote a book here but it basically means “I see you”.
Genuinely Sonny you could be overweight, underweight, 10ft tall or 1ft tall it would make no difference to me because what you have to say and share means more than the way you look…don’t get me wrong you’re extremely handsome but the most handsome thing about you is your heart and the way you love so deeply - you’re a real blessing 🤍
I want a big family too not necessarily birthing a big family but also adopting would mean so much to me, if I never meet my soulmate and settle down I will definitely adopt I am an only child and I have always thought I never want my children to feel alone in their upbringing I always want them to have siblings they can connect with and rely on ☺️

I’m allergic to alcohol! It’s a curse! I can’t think of one time I’ve drank and not been so sick for days. Learned at an early age I just could not drink. Ugh couldn’t ever even do wine! 😢
