Never heard of crystal meth in Dublin until Ukrainian folk started making and selling it at lilac centre LAST TUESDAY.

These weren't Ukrainian, they're local. One's a prominent business man, a pillar of the community. The other guy, a seasoned criminal, both lived not too far from each other.
