That’s the honest truth man.
we need to express outselves more, and not give a damn how the other people react. I'm thinking especially anger - like saying "that made me angry - and is really not nice" - and just let i hang out there. I don't know how many times I have turned my rage inward because I want to live a certain way. Like I won't do what's done to me - like that makes me some sort of saint or something. It doesn't. We gotta disconnect being a "good person" with not expressing oneself, how shit makes one feel and what feelings come up. You don't need resolution, just to be able to say things and not be ashamed of them.
Real stuff. At the end of the day, you got the right to feel everything you feel, and if you are being disrespected, then say something about it. We often are told to just deal with it but some of us are on the last straw of it all.
