Btw, this gameplay is from months ago, way before the latest update. So it would explain why there are some differences with what you see in it.

The enemy from the undertale genocide route that attacked Kira was Chara (The First Human) and the eye represents that, so keep that in mind. Oh and the soul type that Chara has inside is called Hate.
