I tried to learn this once upon a time. Tricky, tricky stuff on both hands. You've managed to pull it off and capture the warmth of the bass tones as well as the delicate tenderness in the high notes.

I greatly admire the phrasing and timing given to this enchanting piece by Sascha. I was moved to seek out the score and start to learn it, although I am barely at grade 1. It's something very challenging for me and a refreshing journey down the fetboard, into slurs and barre. On paper, it looks relatively easy, but in fact to play this with both clarity and expression requires great skill, as shown here. Thank you for posting this, I am sure others will be as inspired as I was.

this soundtrack, especially this piece, has been with me for around 14 years... through my ugliest moments (divorce, depression, anger, raw pain, hopelessness) and the most beautiful events of my life ( healing, talks to my son, being with friends, travels, new discoveries, loving moments in general), always in its original concept: for piano. I've never even conceived there could be such beauty in it if played by a classical guitarist. Thank you so very much for showing a whole new dimension to something so treasured by me.
