HOW TO MAKE THE BEST FLUFFY CORN MEAL PANCAKES || COOK WITH DAPHNE

It's a simple delicate and delicious snack which I call the everyday and anytime snack.
It goes well with anything you'll love to pair it with.
Try it and give your family that treat, and remember food brings us all together.
ingredients
1 ½ all purpose flour
4 tablespoons coarse cornmeal
3 tablespoons of fine cornmeal
2 Eggs
600 Mls of milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
⅓ teaspoon salt or salt to taste
⅓ tablespoon vanilla sugar
⅓ Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients stir thoroughly to break any lumps.
Fry with desired oil and any topping of your choice.
