Perfect truck the kind u can enjoy without having to wax or fuss over thanks for sharing
It came out great!
Nice Truck
as a hobby that's grown into a business .. nothing better than a few quick in & out's .. keeps the cash & stock flowing
Great looking truck. Glad it found a good home.
Happy to see it go to a good home Ben thanks you for picking the truck up and shinning it up looks awesome!
NICE BEN!!! always good to see these vintage beauties go to someone who appreciates what they were and are!!! 😍😍
This is one Beautiful truck. I always bought vehicles that were this color blue. My Soulmate thought I was not right but they lasted to the end. A Good deal.
Great tip on the wiper blades. Those small details make a big difference. I just swapped out the plastic wiper blades with silver metal ones about a month ago for my 67 1100. I got them at NAPA for $10 each. The NAPA Part number for the 13" blades I used is 6-1333.
Comet wash. My dad would use comet on a rag to wash his white 62 chevy C20 back in the 60's.
Another beautiful truck. I love the sound
Scotchbrite is the name of the green scrubby pad. My dad bought dozens of binders back in the 60s and 70s. Scouts, pickups and heavy duty cab chassis.
Sweet truck, I agree about the little things
Beautiful pickup truck. Those brothers were really lucky! 👌
I love it!
Please make a "In & Out" series of videos. I would REALLY ENJOY watching 2-4 of these a week! They're happy, FAST and Informative. (Algorithm GOLD)
That IS a good idea!
Got the same rig. . . . Converted to 4x4 and swapped in a cummins
Right on thank you for not painting this truck when they are that nice 👍 I'm the same age as that truck and I'm not planning on getting painted 🤪 I wish we had trucks like that around where I live I'm in Nothern Ontario Canada and everything thing is rotted out from the salt 😪
Great ride love the old internationals. Even though they was made for a work truck the ride on the road was smooth as a Cadillac 👍👍
Great look. You’re right about the blades. Time to invest in a radio mic? Casey will keep you right.
👍👊
Nice looking truck. Have you folks ever heard of a youtube channel called "Classic Truck Rescue"? Rick has or had a few old International trucks that he maybe willing to part ways with.
He is out in the Molalla, Ore area.
Rick is a friend of ours , yes
@@406garage3 oh ok i figured may know them. Good folks
Love that truck ! And thanks for taking the time to talk to me for a few minutes about doing a VT275 swap in my 71, 800A Comanche.
No problem , thanks for joining the channel
Beautiful!
That is the way you like it in and out!
Just learned of your channel. Will be watching future episodes. I learned from your channel from Casey LaDelle.
Another fantastic vehicle. If these trucks could talk. They would say I'm not a trailer queen start me up and drive me. Thanks 👍
Are those factory mirrors look like what came on 1st generation dodge
Nice!
Where do you get the wiper blades? I’ve found close, but the don’t have a steel connector.
I really enjoy your videos like this, but I wish you'd spend more time showing us the engines, interiors, while telling the story.
Sure the stories are great but I'd like to learn more about the different engine, transmission ..
It was a fantastic truck to own it has a 304 V8 I can't remember what the trans was but it did have the original line ticket on the passenger side kick panel. Truck was originally from Oakland CA. Ben has done an amazing job with this truck getting it up to par. Truck had 92k original miles and I belive I drove it 98k, stoked it went to a good home happy Ben is here in this area with the resources to bring them to the next level
Belive it or not the truck had one sears mufflers on it from back in the day
Ok a Camper Special. Where were the Camper hold downs?
3/4 ton will not carry the Camper of Today. Do the math fully loaded looking at two ton load.
Move up to 1310 or one ton Dually.
Ben you never said anything about engine oil cooler on any of your project trucks. Most International Engine Blocks are filled with rust. Only the blocks that have been properly maintened are ok.
About NAPA wiper blades for Scout waste of money. The Trico Blades from years ago the best. Can't find what is needed in common Automotive Stores, wrong Salesman?
Love the Stories and have some also. International Trucks best made truck not a Stinking Car made to look like a TRUCK.
