- Hello! Today I shot an ASMR video of a HABA wooden marble run rolling ball. It was strange that it was rolling while rotating up and down. I also put a marble in the gacha and turned the handle. It was very amazing. Rest assured that you will hear the sound of running on a wooden slope. I shot it in a quiet house.

Using marbles that were larger than the slot thereby raising them above the bottom of the channel would make them travel slower due to the increased number of rotations needed to cover the same distance and could look more impressive.

@Zæst ummm... Maybe there are certain parts of it that are ASMR, but most of it isn't because of the loud sounds when they reach into the bucket with a handful of marbles. It's an unpleasant sound

~Things to help you sleep~
~Unclench your jaw, relax your hands and face, and release your shoulders. Everything is going to be ok.
~Make sure you are cool enough. It is proved that when too hot, you are more likely to have nightmares.
~Write in a gratitude journal. This can help you clear your mind about anything and bring out the more positive things before bed.
~Meditate. Meditating can also clear your mind so it is easier to relax.
~Decide that the day is over. Doing this gets your mind and body ready for tomorrow.
~And please stop scrolling through the comments, it’s only going to distract you and make it harder to get to sleep. ~💚

Because a lot of people clearly want to milk some money out of that "trend"... Which they clearly aren't sensitive to, since they all make some loud ass noises... Sigh.

ASMR isnt just a sound thing. This video isnt great for ASMR but there are some decent visual triggers..

Oh the glory days of childhood. However ours were made with straight wooden blocks and what ever else we could scavenge from the play area at daycare. Then there were the rivers made in the dirt with sticks and water from a nearby flooding water fountain. We didn’t have smartphones but we had game boy’s.
