This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 7 months ago about self development. Now I have 635 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I would say video editing is holding me back I’m practicing, but I act like I’m suppose to have pro editing skills at a beginner stage. Also, I forget to take my phone out and record basic everyday stuff for vlogs 🤦🏽‍♀️.

How timely. I just started a YT podcast on writing! I think my biggest hang-up right now is being unable to streamline my thoughts precisely and effectively voice editing for noise reduction. Started with a mini handheld mic because I don't want to invest too much right now and it's definitely a learning process for me but immense fun even with the self-conscious stuff.
