This channel is an amazing find for me. I've been trying many options on the internet, since I've started my reconnection journey. At first every music was useful but as more I go forward I realize I need specific frequencies depending on the moment/emotional state. I was really amazed with this video, because I first felt empirically what the legend below the frequency number says. I found it when I watched it again later. It's magical!!
