Any P. M. or leader of high intigrity cannot do anything if people in the state are not prepared to support him or hve intense desire to progress. Bihar had given this nation leaders of highest quality in past. It was a state rich with natural resources then many states in country, why Gujrat Maharashtra Tamil nadu have progressed not because of support but people had high desire to improve their standard of living political support is suplimentary. People like you before puting entire blame on leadership should give serious thought to it.
