Liked your vid. I see a limited use for it though and takes up so much room with all the accessories. If you wanted a versatile mixer with tons of attachments to grow into then the Kitchenaide mixers are what you may want, and the basic attachments would be more useful to start out with than what I see with this item. And I can make gelatos and ice cream with one more attachment, add another ground meat and make sausages and hot dogs at home. It all depends on your needs. Basically this is as a glorified mixer combo steamer. Although it has a nice futuristic feel with its control panel. In most homes it would just sit in the last bottom cabinet with the hidden pile of forgotten expensive kitchen items until your next garage sale. Consider the multi-function countertops ovens once they came out I could now get rid of my air fryer and toaster oven, giving me more space back. That's why the instant pot became fashionable. I got rid of my mid size crockpot, steamer and pressure cooker. But I need the space on the counter top more than I need some items. KitchenAide has one called a cook processor these are popular in Europe. And has the best satay of several brands. But I would wait a couple of more years like I did with the Instant pot and countertop multifunction oven. Who knows once they have ironed out most of the bugs I'll get one and get rid of my instant pot, blender and mixer - lol. Thanks for making the review and I would like to see more.

PS - This unboxing reminds me of when I bought an Apple computer about 30 years ago. Detailed instructions on how to unbox it and set it up. Unlike buying a PC where you were left to sink or swim all on your own.

(me too) cooking blender originate in Germany under the name "Vorwerk" English name is Thermomix and it a direct sales products like Amway.. it seems to me nowadays a private company can reproduce it under different name and design and sell it but they can borrow the model that is usually one model behind the Thermomix .I still have TM31 ( motorr power is 450 W / 12000 rpm induction motor still not as fast as vitamix 28000 rpm )Oops .. sorry I'm a big mouth . I hope it helps
