So, for the ppl who wanna understand the Biwaki line cuz that's the only one I know about,
The reason why it says "Siblings cursed by a mysterious instrument with their talented skills One was ill, one had will." is because Biwaki and her "Sibling" were cursed because of an instrument gifted to their father as a gift.
Story:
Mariachi was their father. 'Hana', 'Mi' and Mariachi lived a poor life ever since Mariachi's wife left their family. He used to work as a fisherman. One day, when he was on his duty, he noticed a woman lying on the shore. The lady wore a black dress, along with black shoes and a black socialite hat. As he helped her up, she told him she needed to go across the river. Mariachi offered to take her there. As he took her there, he hummed a tune. It was the tune he'd sing to his daughters every night before bed. The lady asked him which song he was humming. He told her about it. As he told her, memories started to appear. Mariachi remembered his wife, Niko, who left him and his daughters with debt. A tear rolled down his face from the thought. By then, they had reached the location. "Is this where you live?" Mariachi asked, pointing at a Sakura Tree. The lady nodded, and told him she had a gift for him. She gave him a biwa, and left. Soon, Mariachi got home. Hana, one of his daughters, was happy to see him back. It was her birthday that day. She took him to the room where her older sister was lying, in bed, ill. Mariachi put a little towel on Mi's head. Mi was very ill, and was unable to even walk. After that, Mariachi told Hana to settle down, as he was about to play a song for them. The sisters knew how to play a biwa well. They also highly admired the tune of it. As Mariachi started playing the song he sings for them, Mi started to feel better. She said that she felt a lot better, and asked Hana to help her up. Mi had recovered. She said "I'm so happy! I'm.. so.. happy.." saying this, a butterfly flew out of her mouth. Hana and Mariachi were stunned. Before they could even say anything, Mi turned into a butterfly. Suddenly, a few vines appeared, captured Mi, and took her away. Mariachi tried to stop it, but failed. Both started crying. Hana asked, "Pa.. What happened?" before turning into butterflies. They flew across the river. To a Sakura Tree.

I'm pretty sure Hana is Biwaki, because in Kuriko's story, we come across Hana, who was her friend and apparently had a disorder sorta thing, and she had forgotten her real name. Not to mention, Biwaki has a biwa very similar to the one in the video "The Mimic- Indigence" on YT.
Mi.
Mi was Hana's older sister, and Hana is Biwaki. And if you think about it, who looks the most similar to Biwaki in game? Mihari. Both wear a flower crown. And besides that, I noticed Mihari doesn't hum. neither does Biwaki (Idk if this is a coincidence but oh well).

A smol theory: since it said on mariachi "Last Act: Hums Fantasy of Waves to his daughter" And Biwaki plays the fantasy of waves to, it says "Focus on my humming" So it means hes humming Fantasy of Waves, after Biwaki got cursed she started play fantasy of wave, so biwakis real name is actually Hana

@@J1407b.. That is a form of Sama. She is also the person who chases you at the last part of chapter 3. She has many forms but we dont know which one is her real form.
Kusonoki was the start of it all, Kusonoki Masashige tried to seal the 4 beasts including Sama but Sama made an illusion of his daughter(daughter was not mentioned, theories are Shaku is his daughter) he was fooled by Sama and cursed the entire Masashige blood line hence all the monsters are related to us. Kusonoki appears in chapter 2 and 4, as he helped us kill Sama before his soul and our other ancestors were truly set free from the witch
Its funny how its like a scary game but then when you find out what happened and read the whole story, it is sad. i love that game, i never get tired of it, and its a really good game. Some of the quotes really made me sad.

Megumi was the adoptive mother of Kuriko and a worker in the Imperial Palace from Chapter II. From my knowledge, she loved Kuriko very much, singing to her while brushing her hair. Soon, however, she had to work full time in the Imperial Palace, being kept away from Kuriko for endless days and nights until her body was tired and painful. Megumi worked as hard as she could, just to see Kuriko again.
Keep in mind, Megumi had read a lot of stories on a few of the legends of the other monsters, such as Sama's encounter with Hiachi (UNCONFIRMED). And her home, there was a knife on the counter- Yasu probably saw this when in the minka is Chapter II (UNCONFIRMED). While walking around the bookshelves, Megumi was extremely tired, up to the point where she lost it and scratched her neck, until it bled. Megumi found a book on Sama (or Kintoru) and realized Sama had cursed Kuriko, causing her to be completely blinded by rage and stab the pages in the book with the knife, and a butterfly flew out of it. Megumi cut the butterfly into pieces and ate them, and as she did, her neck began to stretch. Once she was found by some guards, those guards became her victims, and their bodies were eaten whole with the exception of their skulls, which Megumi kept in a new collection. Therefore, leading to her encounter with Yasu.

Kusunoki was the first to be cursed by Sama, causing it to run down most of the Masashige bloodline (with the exception of Yasu). Since he was a knight, he went out on a mission, leaving his beloved daughter at home. Little did he know, that mission was created by the Evil God, the creator of Sama, Yuma, Enzukai, and the other beast (I forgot their name), and Kusunoki had to fight them. While doing this, he was put under Sama's curse. (I'm not entirely sure how, you may have to read the Mimic: Origins on WP to know.)

EDIT(S): The doll seen in Chapter II was most likely Kusunoki's daughter, based on her last words.

Megumi is kurikos adoptive mother who worked as a servant, she sometimes tortured kuriko because she had mental problems, she always carried a knife around too. One day she got too stressed so she kept scratching her neck until it left scars, she read a book in the library wishing she could get rid of her problems, the book had a message from the witch with a butterfly spirit, she then squashed the spirit and her neck started growing, she ate everyone at the palace she worked and still roams her favourite place, the library.
The Witch, she did this, she planned this from the start, she made them this way

Sama appears as a tall, black humanoid, resembling a woman with slightly monstrous features. She has long, sharp nails, a socialite hat, a white mask, long black hair, a black dress, and what appears to be long black feathers, hanging from her shoulders and boots.
History
A bored eldritch God created Kintoru, Enzukai, Netamo, and Yuma due to wanting tools/puppets. They became the 4 beasts. The four beasts rampaged across the earth, Control, Jealousy, Rage, and Rebirth. For ten days they raged against their gilded cage. And for ten nights He fought against our people's plight. The earth shook and our oceans burned. As he fought for hours, his back unturned. Control was sent to the east, where she was trapped in a cage, unable to feast. Jealousy was sent to the bottom of the sea, part of a forgotten legacy. Rage was trapped in his strongest cage, seething with wrath and counting her days, Rebirth was forced deep into the Earth, endlessly watching the world in reverse.
Later, Yasu ventures back in his school, not knowing that he entered Sama's dimension. Sama had already devoured Yasu's friends and turned them to butterflies, they were the butterflies Yasu sacrificed in Chapter 2 & 3. Throughout her dimension, Sama taunts Yasu and chases him multiple times through a maze, her lair, and her labyrinth.
In chapter 3, She is the final monster we meet, in which she has morphed into a giant centipede-looking form named Omukade, meaning "Giant centipede", a Yokai in Japanese Mythology. You are required to turn all of the pillars from red to green in order to escape her lair, be cautious as Omukade roam the area. Once you turn all of the pillars green, a gate will open leading you back to your house.
The final time you meet Sama is in Chapter 4, where you see her in a spider form. You are tasked to destroy all of her 7 hearts while she roams the area. Once all of her 7 hearts are destroyed, you will get two choices. If you choose to Kill Sama, you will remove the curse and free your ancestors as her corpse is dragged to an unknown area by the Eldritch god. However, if you choose to Save your parents, you will become one of Sama's puppets, as she has tricked you into thinking that you would save your parents.
Jumpscare
In The Witch version of Sama, she shakes her face left and right very fast. In the Omukade form, she shakes her face violently with arms and the top sides. In her Saigomo form, her mask is shaking uncontrollably upside-down.

Trivia
Sama is the third fastest monster in the game, with her speed at 34. The second, and first fastest monsters are Futaomote. Futao's speed is 36 and Mote's speed is 41.
Sama has approximately possessed, cursed, and enslaved several people who are Futaomote, Hiachi, Shizu, Biwaki, Kuriko, Megumi, Kusunoki, Shaku, Mariachi, Mihari, Daku, Keiko, Little boy, Akuyami village folks, and Yasu's friends.
Sama was one of the four beasts that rampaged across the earth, along with Rage, Rebirth and Jealousy.
Sama is the beast of Control, which explains why she has enslaved quite a number of people under her control.
She has a shapeshifting ability. In The Girl and the Witch, Sama was able to change her appearance to resemble Hiachi. And her other forms are Omukade and Saigomo.
Her centipede form bears a resemblance to Koh the Face Stealer from Avatar the Last Airbender, which is ironic since Sama is the control demon.
After beating Chapter 1, a text displays on your screen that says that you have escaped the hotel and the "魔女." The Japanese text translates to "witch". The witch the text is referring to is, in fact, Sama.
Sama's jumpscare origin comes from one of the games in the popular game franchise, Five Nights at Freddy's (more specifically, the 6th installment).
Realistically, back in her maze, if she saw us go into a safe house, she could have simply shapeshifted herself into a smaller form to get in and kill us, though she may have done it in purpose to 'play' with us.
Sama has shape-shifted 3 times in order to kill us. The first is her witch form, second is her Omukade form and her third is her Saigomo form.
In The Witch Trials, there is a hidden black skull at the beginning where a cutscene shows Sama, The Beast of Control, for a moment and a caption of her saying "For what use is a pawn, if you can't control it制御". There are cutscenes like this for the other 3 beasts as well.
'Sama' is a title in Japan meaning 'Lady'.
The name meaning of Sama in Japanesse is a "high rank" or "respected person".
In some languages, Sama's name could also mean, 'same' which oddly fits her as she is the Beast of Control; she can shapeshift and manipulate her appearance, which is the opposite of remaining "same".
Sama is the Beast of Control, one of The World Devourers.
Sama's real name appears to be Kintoru (金とる).
You can either defeat Sama or turn into a puppet like the other ancestors, depending on what you vote for.
Omukade might resemble the Doom ducky from Dark Deception.
It has been confirmed by one of the staff members that she is roughly 467 cm tall.
One thing that no one probably noticed, is that in Chapter 2 where you are in the dark void and planks part, she appeared far away at the gate to the other side for a few seconds and disappears into thin air.
Sama is by far one of the most tallest mimic monsters along with Daku Masashige, Kusonoki Masashige, Mariachi and some others.
Sama targets the whole Masahige Bloodline because Kusonoki was tricked by her to free his daughter.
In Chapter 4, Kusonoki says he sacrificed himself to set his daughter free but was tricked by Sama and was made into a puppet just like all the others.
She also hums "Tiptoe By The Window" by Tiny Tim in Chapter 2 but lower pitched.

Futao died of the consumption of the butterfly spirit, All futao wants just to be normal first sama cursed hiachi's mother and then Hiachi is alone with the shaku doll although they snuck out for adventure they run towards the sakura blossom tree and saw a mysterious note although a black figure walk towards to Hiachi the black figure said "Aren't you alone here? Where are your friends?" Hiachi said "No, I don't have any friends but could you be my first friend?" The black figure said yes and hiachi decided to name her "Sama" All the days she will visit sama by the day and sama become a mother figure to her than her real mother until sama said to Hiachi if she will accept her fate/sama's fate she will guide Hiachi to happiness and peaceful Hiachi accepted her request, Then sama tricked her and devoured her Hiachi regretted all the things she regret calling her mother and being a liar friend she started crying on the dark and clear place, She made a huge mistake trusting a witch who will devour her.
