- So I bought some of the top-rated Amazon.com fishing lures! I was actually kind of surprised by the quality of some of them because I came in with very low expectations. This haul included an all-in-one worm / Senko fishing kit, fake whopper ploppers, fake dark sleepers, and a gosh dang robot lure! Will any of these work properly? Will we catch any fish on them? I like the one that resembles the shape of a crawfish
I think the worms will be fine, don't know about the rest though.
I have a couple of the notta-ploppers, mine have a very hard sound.
I think its all garbage
I think some of this stuff may be surprising but still probably not my cup of tea lol

Cotton cordell makes these cheap lipless crank baits that you can find at Walmart. Those are a great cheap option

Very sweet man can't wait to see you fish these I've had a few of the ploppers one worked flawlessly the other the tail broke 2 cast in and I had to glue it back still works but not great looks just like the clear and red nose one you got lol hope everything works out and would love to see you do more vids like this like cheap ned stuff we know you love ned fishing

the notter ploppers will, not might but will do a whole body barrel roll. the tail covering can and will slide off so a container of super glue would be good to keep on hand. the hooks are strong too, caught 4lb bass and thrashing pike. they’re still going strong in my box from last year. the swim baits seem perfect for bedding bass.
I have those ploppers. Not too bad after changing split rings and hooks.

Some intriguing lures hehe. Tried Amazon's Swimbaits when I was getting back into bass fishing. Didn't get any bites. When do you up here with hard body swimbaits though haha? I will say, top water can come earlier then expected. During warm week beginning of April this year caught one on a soft body popper from Boyd Duckett. Probably my earliest top water bite. The gogone has two fins on side too stop roll. The Berckly and River too Sea use a weight.

Add a bobber stopper on your main line to adjust the depth you can run the robot lure at instead of tying your leader to the bobber🤷♂️

Can't wait to see the on the water review on these. Bought a 5 pack of cheapy hollow body frogs on Amazon dirt cheap and they seem decent. Have also spent some time buying Wish lures over the winter to review this summer. Have not been totally unimpressed. Already caught my PB brown trout on one of the Wish.com jerkbaits, as well as a few pike.
I haven’t started watching it yet and I gave it a like 👍🏾

I absolutely love your channel but pls change your split ring and hooks to owner hyper wire and some st-36/56. You will NEVER miss a bass afterwards.
Those whopper ploppers i havent fished it yet but last yout i was at my lake and i seen a bait floating so i went over to it and it was a whopper plopper in that gold silver and orange qnd i never seen it before so i looked it up i thought it was going to be like qn awesome find but nope a $2 amazon whopper plopper lol

The hooks and etc. make it the stick baits a decent value. Otherwise the Yum Dinger is a better value and I know they fish! I really want to know how the Whopper Plopper knock-offs fish!

Here's the thing I've always wondered: I assume most of the brand name fancy pants lures are made in China, so is there really a huge difference between brand name Chinese lures and generic Chinese lures? I bet some of them are made side-by-side in the same factory.
There is a huge difference. Is the price gap totally warranted... probably not. But there is no question that, at least these lures, compared to brand names are a 0 out of 10

To be real for a second. What I fo takes a TON OF TIME, time I don’t really get paid for. In fact I lose money every month in order to show tackle and fishing on this channel. Id love to do this for a living (wouldnt everyone). I get minimal views as is, so growth is something I have to work hard for. Unfortunately UA-cam only rewards those “challenge” videos. So guys like me, who hate challenge videos, have to toe the line in order to grow at a reasonable pace. It’s unfair to call me out on the thing that I literally HAVE TO DO in order to ever have a chance at making any sort of living or even return on investment from what I do. I balance the best I can man, but you can’t sacrifice forever.
