No, you don't press A. You press B and the D-Pad at the same time. Don't hold any buttons, just press them at the same time. The A button does absolutely nothing.
@@Me-zz5zy I know. I just wanted to clarify for anyone reading, since not many people seem to point this out. Though, to be fair, ''going sideways'' is a good example of just that. You don't press B while going in a direction. You quickly press B and a direction on the the D-Pad when you are stationary, at the exact same time. That's a big difference.
