I too am going through the same thing. I try to eat more of fruits and vegetables and smaller bland meals. Try to eat every 2 hours, I noticed that whenever my stomach is empty I get more nauseous and tend to throw up. Vitamin b6 helps as well. Good luck

I am feeling awful 24/7, some days I throw up 5-6 times a day, somedays I just lay in bed all day thinking will I keep food down today or not... sometimes I cannot keep liquids downs and he talks about exercise.. I am 11 weeks along tomorrow and I cannot wait for this sh*t to be over. and it is NOT just morning sickness, the most awful vomiting starts after lunch and keeps going till you fall asleep.. My lips are super chipped due to dehydration, going to bathroom to pee is terrifying as every time you get up you gag and may vomit.. If I have to go somewhere, I have to carry a big bowl as I sometimes need to use it to throw up.. I got this shit feeling right when baby turned 5-6 weeks... I hope it will be over after 1th trimester, and I hope the baby is healthy and will make it as I am never doing it again. I was hospitalized for a week when I was 6- weeks, they gave me lots of ringers lactate, some vitamins and anti nausea medication, which did exactly nothing. They said take it only when you are feeling super bad, so i did, and I threw up.. so wft, why take it then if you will throw up anyways... thank god its pandemic and I can work from my bed at home
@@jetah1867 a tad better. I am 13 weeks, and I do get short breaks from sickness throughout the day. I just vomited, but last few days I have been able to hold a little more in and go on a short walk around the house. it does help if I eat a little every hour
@@miglaki oh no I hope you feel more better ! I bought some peppermint oil I rub some on my chest and behind my neck and shoulders it does wonders like immediately. I have also been sucking on lemon wedges and I don’t get up from bed without munching on 2 crackers first. Another thing is Instead of plain water I have been drinking seltzer water and that makes a huge difference for me as well because I felt that flat water was making me more nauseous sometimes. Those are just few things I have been doing that did help me so much hopefully you too. ❤️

Be careful with Reglan though... I went to the hospital for dehydration and they gave me Reglan and I had a panic attack. The nurse after told me that "it's a common symptom of the drug"... So wanted to put that out there for everyone. Some people don't get that side effect but many do and it was horrible. The effects lasted for days after.
I took it during my last two pregnancies and my two youngest have Tourette's and tic disorder.. Its name, tardive dyskinesia from within the womb. The doctor here probably not going to reply to the seriousness of this statement. My doctor assures me, he will never ever give metoclopramide to pregnant women again. It really surprises me that people can legally upload this kind of stuff without looking into the PubMed studies on this medication first.. It is not recommended for children under 10. Due to spasms and tics.. Alarmingly the government studies are stating 1 in 100 children have this disorder. And just have to mention one more serious issue when we get affected, it's not big Pharma who get the blame, it's the doctors and professionals who prescribe it.. I think I need to start keeping a record of people who are promoting this stuff

On a more positive side, i had a beautiful little girl. After all the suffering i got my precious baby. She is 3 months old now. My sister was pregnant with a baby boy and was really sick, apparently its a genetic things, ao if your mother/sister/gran has really bad sickness during pregnancy you are likely to as well. You will get there in the end and it is all totally worth it. Stay safe 🧸💕
Tried all medications nothing seemed to work except one thing that I underestimated. Morning walks. I walk 15-20 minutes when I first wake up and omg. I don’t know what it does to my stomach but I can finally eat without vomiting.

Just came back from the ER with HG which is extreme nausea and vomiting cant keep crackers, water, pedialyte, nothing down. The doctor prescribed zofran and reglan which I read wasnt safe. But the nurses kept insisting they never heard about the birth defects that it causes. So when I filled my prescription at cvs, I asked the pharmacist if it's safe to take in your first trimester and she confirmed that its NOT safe to take because there are still studies that suggest they cause birth defects. Instead she reccomend b6. So I just took it and I'm already feeling some relief. After I checked out the hospital with dehydration and an iv fluid bag I immediately started violently vomiting. So I took b6 when I got home and its helping. Also for women with HG it's better to skip prenatal vitamins till the 2nd trimester. The amount of vitamins can be too much to handle and cause extreme nausea and vomiting.

During pregnancy please do not consume reglan or Maxolon aka metoclopramide. It's not recommended for children under 18 years old in some countries and 10 years old in other countries. Our babies are developing and they prescribe this rubbish. Two of my children have Tourette's and I have told you dyskinesia from this medication.. Has this happened to anybody else

I went hospital in emergency ,they kept me for 1 day and they put 9 drips with lots of injections they gave me some kinda injection first which makes me fall asleep after that whole night I was on drips. You should go to hospitl because it’s dangerous for baby . My bp was high . And i lost so much fluids. But Known Allhamdulillah We are fine . Mother and baby ❤️ plz contact your mw
