How can I get help to fix all the issues: freezing, no video on some clips even though it was there before it wasn't. Very slow to use because it keeps freezing. SO FRUSTRATING. My 2020 version lost all sound, so I bought 2024. It isn't near as nice as 2020 was -- until it lost sound.
