true, played 800dpi 3 and above for a few weeks (switching between 2400 edpi to 4800 sometimes, back and fourth) still made some decent 30 bombs in premier 20k+ rating
Never heard about anyone getting it from just having their hand relaxed on a flat surface while barely moving it, i think that people who get it from gaming are both prone to get it easier due to genetics, and constantly tense their hand and wrist when playing. But hey im no physiotherapist so im just speculating at this point and might end up f-ing my wrist up in the future, but only time will tell :)
exactly, that's the thing i think most people misunderstand with high sens, eventually you just adapt to it and get all the pros with minimal cons unless you go too high for what you can handle :)
I was like... no fk*ng way this dude gonna one tap ppl like crazy on 10cm/360... I HAVE TO TRY IT! Turned black bars, 10cm/360, 1024x768 and went on DM... holy fuck this slaps xd, so much fun and for some reason spins 270 degree and BAM ONE TAP... XD so fun
yeah just a title, but at the same time there's still way too many people that think it's impossible to play high sens, so kinda just want to show that any sens is usable if you really want to and that at the end of the day it really doesn't matter what sens you play :P
how many hours in kovaak's you have now? what playlists do you play? do you still play on 6-7cm/360 in kovaak's? should i try to adapt to high sens (11-7cm/360) while being consistent on mid sens (21-28cm/360)?
I have right under 800h, i don't use any playlists i just play fun scenarios here and there and yes i still use 6-7cm for practice when i do play kovaak's and things like deathmatch. It's up to you man but if you really want to switch to high sens id recommend using a sens you're comfortable with right now and just practice with 1/3 higher sens, and you will with time feel when you can up your sens without suffering from it.
pretty good control with it, how long you've been playing with this high sens and what elo you're on? I used to play with really high sens as a kid, but now i've used to lower.
been upping my sens for the past 2 years but been on this sens a few months now. im not a high rank in any game at all i just play for fun with friends and such, which is why im mostly facing bots in my montages tbh lol
@@kawpoy if the budget is there it's definitely worth trying, it will last you forever aswell unlike a cloth pad. if you want to be safe about it you could get a control glasspad and don't jump straight to something like the skypad :)

luga is it true that from afar with high sensitivity it is more difficult to kill an opponent who is far away or is it a myth? get me out of this doubt
i mean yeah since it's more sensitive, but at the same time you just have to get used to moving less and it's not as bad as it seems when you finally get used to it. and honestly i feel like what's making micro adjusting hard in general isn't how sensitive it is, it's from it being hard to make sure your crosshair is actually on target from that distance most of the time :P
It’s playable, but you won’t be consistent and you will perform worse under pressure. Imagine sweaty cold hands with high adrenaline and that sensitivity. I highly doubt you will play well with it.
i agree that for pros that might be a problem under huge pressure moments, but at the same time there are even some pros out there that have bulletproof nerves so anything is possible but yeah for most people it would be hard. in my case i don't plan on becoming a pro or anything and just play for fun so i never fall under pressure so i don't have that problem, just having fun pushing my aim and trying to master this sens :)
@ i can see that you’re hitting your shots. I just have a hard time imagining myself playing like that. Control pads+lower sens are where it’s at for me. What’s your faceit level?
Since u are high sens player isn't it challenging on pistoles ? and like jumpscare moments where ur mind react before ur hand ? like u have too high sens man i am on 400 dpi 2 sens and i feel like sometimes it's a bit high
Not really, im so used to the sens at this point that it litterally just feels normal and sometimes can even feel slow because i practice with higher sens lol. I think any sens can feel too fast on any given day, even for me but to counter that i just play higher sens for a game or two and im right back to normal usually.
Well ofcourse, it's just that i believe that high sens is the limit breaker when you can master it fully, the reactivity, speed and versatility is just something you can't get to the same extent on low sens. And it's just way more fun to play with high sens aswell :)
On 800 I'd be at ~0.9 sens. But it is very low and rough if needing to check 180° radius a lot. I like to be able to aim on a range further than a more avg sens tho it's when I get closer to the edge of the pad I have to go back to a neutral place for the arm/mouse. I could up go to 800/1.2 but getting used to it isn't worth it if not using it most of the time.
@aWildAk that's basically what I meant. It's a certain sens for me and how I play/aim is ofc a part of it. If you feel OK with a sens then you should keep it and improve your pre aim and movement to make it more precise. All I can say is that there are edpi that is too low or too high which isn't subjective tho. But that's another topic. When you spectate one and it skips a lot/little as well, that is not gonna work that well. D2 long, can't place crosshair on the enemy. Just an extreme example but w/e. I'm using quite an extra slow edpi, but I correct/make up for it by positioning/calls/sounds/gamesense and that sort of thing is enough for me. Over the years I've gone down in sense, maybe 40% slower than it used to be in 1.6 then GO. So almost had x2 sens. I move my arm more, I used to claw grip and almost only use wrist to aim. I noticed improvements over time and getting more comfortable with the new way of me aiming. A quick 180 isn't impossible but it can annoying if I'm too close to kb and need to aim a lot to the left so I slam into my kb instead. 😂
