interview is a screening, a weighing, to measure qualifications. Caleb= strong,brave, faithful. Elijah=My God is Yahweh. The test is unfinished= in a time of testing. Angela= angelic messenger. To bring her forward she is being brought forward or acceleration to. God is bringing her to a greater opportunity. Bringing her to the front of the line instead of her being where she is. Rain=distraction, interruption. The truck is to be equipped for the terrain. This may be a bit of a rough ride but the truck is there to get her through the tough time she will be equipped for the transition to. You will not loose the opportunity. children are a gift and God is also gifting a gift of faith and power for the trip. You will have what you need to get where your to go. It may not all seem clear at a point. Trust the Lord as He is your God and He will not fail you. This is a self condition dream. You are in a time of testing and have been found with favor to be moved to the next level and in the transition there may be a bit of a rough patch and distraction that would try to interrupt the process but God is giving you all you need to move forward to reach the destination. Do not loose sight of your direction as it may become unclear at times, but have faith and trust the Lord. You have all you need in hand. You have divine direction.
