I can just call it and tell it to jump in my arms and it will jump in my arms and I will just lift her up. She is used to it so she can sit or stand not lay down when I lift her.
From my experience they don’t like it as much. My puppy used to let me to it all the time but then I feel like as they get bigger it’s easier for them to feel like they’re losing balance
@@blap5630 my dog is small and i often pick her up in baby position. She doesn't mind it. It's like a routine that i would pick her up like that and sway for 5 min.
@@Naurrr7 yeah like I said if it’s a small dog they probably don’t mind, but the larger ones can feel unsafe and not secure laying upside down in someone’s arms
Y’all trying to pick that dog up by it’s butt had my baby sister laughing so hard!😂
I've been picking my dog up the right way the entire time!! The last correct way the video shows is what I do.
You can pick them up by the scruff only when they are still puppies
my dog refuses to be carried any other way except as a baby 😂

You can actually pick up a dog by the scruff then switch to holding their bottom of their butt quickly.

I gently hold him the the front arms, and support his butt. Is that correct?

I can just call it and tell it to jump in my arms and it will jump in my arms and I will just lift her up. She is used to it so she can sit or stand not lay down when I lift her.
How do I pick up a 80 pound dog?
