  • Description of Mouth-Watering Beef Kababs
What are Kababs (also known as Kebabs or Kebobs)?
Kababs originates from cuisines of the Middle East, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Pakistan and India. Kababs are one of the tastiest appetizers and snacks and a culinary item that brings immense satisfaction to the preparer. Kababs are deliciously spiced using ground beef or lamb. The kabab mix is flavored with earthy and exotic spices like coriander, cumin, turmeric, grated onions, garlic/ginger paste to name but a few. From this lovely mixture which is carefully kneaded emerges small round balls or oblong shaped kababs which are shaped with gentle 'maternal' hands and then deep fried in oil or grilled in the oven. These delicious kababs are served with different types of chutneys like coconut chutney, red chutney, tamarind chutney and raita. Kababs are integral part of a delicious ensemble consisting of samosas, bateta wadas and other delicious finger foods to enjoy under the summer sun with your friends and family!
Grilled kababs are a specialty in itself and I am getting many requests for this recipe. Stay tuned!
Keep practicing in making these kababs. Practice makes perfect. Enjoy!

When Nissa graced her chutney recipes a few weeks ago, I was certain she was setting us all for an upcoming complimentary mysterious recipe.
To see this mouth watering kababs' receipe now, has unfolded that mystery. They sure look delicious. And I look forward to use the recipe in the near future. Thank you Nissa.

Why not using bread crumbs instead

Thank you for your question. You can use breadcrumbs as well. I find by using bread, the Kabab turns out soft from inside and crispy from outside.

Great, we will try with mutton since we don't eat beef. By the way, I am Shova's youngest brother and I think I may have seen you in 1985 when I came to Calgary and am still confused. Anyway, looks like you are a great cook. 🥰

Thank you Shelina for your comments. I really appreciate it very much. I tried to watch my video on my cell, the sound-volume seems to be ok. However, I will try to make sure that the sound-volume is high at the time of recording with my up coming videos. Once again thank you for your comments.
