Id say if you arent a huge whale but want max output C3 is where you should stop. Just my opinion though. I wish i had enough leeway in my savings to get her to c3 but real life dictates that i save as much money as i can.

Best dps: 1. Neuvillete (he's aoe is insane and has a constant dps). 2. Arlecchino (she has an abnormal amount of dmg and more with constellation, she only wins against neuvillete in single target if we talk about c6). 3. C3 raiden/clorinde (at c3 raiden is better than clorinde but not for much and at c4-c6 clorinde already win but if we talk about c0 r1 then clorinde win this spot)
@buyanulziienkhtur6021 nah, clorinde took cyno's team making it better, Alhaitham isn't a dps, more of a driver or element aplicator like tartaglia(but this one has a ult nuke), if you change alhaitham for fischl you would get the same dmg or better because alhaitham dmg isn't 20% if i remember correctly of the teams dmg and in top of that he needs some time to get his mirrors going wich are less than seconds but it takes a bit( i'm feeling i'm am not explaining myself good so what i'm referring is example neuvillette charge attacks has a constant dmg but with alhaitham you have to do normal attacks so that you can trigger his mirrors), hu tao is a good option but gaming is stronger, so in the top three is gaming, i didn't edit my comment because i forgot about it, btw I'm not talking only on dmg calculations and etc, i have gaming c6, hu tao c1 homa, alhaitham with jade, neuvillette c1 r1 and i spend $100 on alhaitham because he was fun and also i didn't know all those things but still i don't regret him.
@@Turbowing. nah, clorinde it's better at c6 r5, arlecchino at c6 is a nuker but clorinde is technically one too only being behind arlecchino for 1s in a speed run showcase, i saw a clorinde in SOLO hitting 100k with her ult and her ult has like 8 hits💀, wriothesley hits hard but not as harder or fast as clorinde, if we talk about c6 r5 then raiden doesn't stand a chance against clorinde.
