Amtgard: Salt War 2024: Underworld Uprising =UwU= Event Video

Kingdom of the Desert Winds hosts their 20th Annual Salt War! This year’s theme: UnderWorld Uprising - UwU. Held in Rangely, CO, during Memorial Weekend 2024. Day to day information can be found below with the days timestamps for easy navigation.

Opening day of the Event! Welcomed by great weather, the arrivals were able to set up their tents; while being judged by ground hogs, get registered at Gate, check out the vendors, and get warmed up with ditching before preparing for the first Battlegame of the event!

The morning started out with Rain that lasted most of the day, which caused an adjustment in scheduling and a removal of one of the planned Battlegames. Start of the day with the first Battlegame, before rolling into good weather and the Elevation of Sir Vansen to Knight of the Sword. Followed by Best of the Best, and then the final battlegame of Saturday. After was Court; and the Elevation of Dread Knight Cayleigh to Knight of the Serpent, last announcements from the incoming Monarchy, before ending the day with Watermelon Destruction, Pub Night and hanging out!
