True but there's exceptions also. Oskar Hafstein [those who are with Thor for a long time knows him/ and he is also featured in Fullsterkur (2018)] is 5'10" (1.78m) and the legendary Pall Logason 5:34 I believe is 5'9" (1.75m).

5:34 Pall has been in the Podium 6 times. He is one of my favourite Icelandic Strongmen. At the age of 25 he won the 2011 Íslandsmót Powerlifting competition out of 19 athletes (A 22 year old Thor was the 2nd place).

You might be missing one or few of these:
- Progressive Strength training
- Quality Nutrition
- Adequate rest

Get extremely strong on compound lifts like squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, bent over rows and maybe power cleans.
