I am having the same exact problem and I have the same exact prop

Well i overheated it a couple months ago. Had to have powerhead pulled off and new gasket put in. Also vahnged out regulators and stator. What ever my guy did to it while doing all that has it running better than it has in 4 years.

Prop pitch is too large move to a 21p

not yet. its Definately better than it was but now it wont rev over 5200 rpms.
