  • Is your Axor Starck faucet, leaking from the top? Is the handle difficult to move?
Mine was and there were no videos on UA-cam about this specific model, so here I go.
Initially, I thought I’d be better off just replacing the faucet, but then I found out how much these cost, so better replace it 😊
Once you’ve found the model number of your faucet (as seen in the video), go to:
    www.hansgrohe-usa.com/bath/pr...
Find your model and then look for “cartridge” in the list, in my case it was 96339000. Then just google the part and order one from somewhere reputable.
    I hope this helps!

I have one of those at home and something similar happened to me: the faucet was leaking, I planned to replace it until I saw the prices 🤣Not sure if this will prevent my faucet to do it as mine is leaking from the nozzle, but I´ll give it a try. Thanks for the video!

Yes! The cost of a new one is outrageous. I am pretty sure it will solve your issue. Mine was kind of leaking from the nozzle too. When closing the water, it would take a few seconds to fully stop.
Good luck with your DIY, I hope this helps!

@rubenv I finally got the cartridge replaced and it solved the issue. It was really difficult to have the top unscrewed as it got calcified after all these years, but we finally did it. Thanks again for the video!

Great instruction but once the small screw is removed the ‘feather’ can’t be removed as it’s seized on. If only they had added a little grease when it was being assembled.
