Today I bring you the market report for draper lake. You guys asked me to do the annual report, and I love to do that. A side note I've owned in draper lake since the very beginning.
It's been one of my very favorite communities for so many reasons.
The number of sales in draper lake coastal village is very impressive compared to last year sales. We continue to see really strong demand at all price points, for instance, in draper lake. We've seen twice as many homes sold this year as we saw last year and nearly three times the number of home sites sold this year versus last year. The good news for the neighborhood is we're continuing to hear from buyers that there's more interest than ever in the restricted rental neighborhoods. We're seeing people that already own in the area. They're migrating into restricted rental communities to avoid the trump slammers, which is just a fun word for renters.
