I must agree with Todd that an aggressive American IPA does show case the awesomeness of our hops for a "craft" American brew although lager first comes to mind for conventional beer! 🍻😜🍺
Red x is great on its own, but it is very very sweet. Great malt for color adjustment without the usual roasty notes. Partigyle is epic for belgian styles, say a trippel down to a blonde etc, where color loss isnt a big thing making a table beer. Happy Thanksgiving Cheers!
Another' thumbs up' on the Red X malt . I've used it as 90% base malt with 10% cara pils and it turned out a nice red amber. I've also used it as a 40% base malt for a more modest red color. I think it has more body than a 2 row base malt. I must admit Todd taking Josh 'to the mat' for his 'answer' to Will was hilarious as was Josh's impression of Todd !😁
Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🎉🍻

Anchor Brewing, I believe still uses a parti-gyle for their Old Foghorn with a Small Beer from the second runnings. Cheerz.
