I played against a few of these deck recently. Really hard to beat.
It's very consistent with the crazy amount of card draw and cycling + tons of ways to reduce Mana. I still think this isn't the final form either, a better version lurks in the wings...

Instead of lightning talisman add rod of rodent its better you need some creatures on board
Rat rod is slow unfortunately, I really don't think it would work. But it was one of my favorite cards!
