SINGREDIENTS:
1 cup (200 g) suji, rawa or semolina
1/2 cup (100 g) desi ghee
1 1/2 cup (300 g) sugar
4 green cardamoms, split
2 tbsp. almonds
2 tbsp. pistachios
2 tbsp. raisins
2-3 pinches saffron
4 cups ( 1 liter) water

Just made this and it turned out amazing! I do like my halwa thinner so I added a bit more water. Also I halfed the recipe and it still made a good amount.😋
