With every breath, the old moment is lost; a new moment arrives. manifestation.guide We exhale and we let go of the old moment. It is lost to us. In doing so, we let go of the person we used to be. We inhale and breathe in the moment that is becoming. In doing so, we welcome the person we are becoming. We repeat the process. This is meditation. This is renewal. This is life.
I meditated on this video yesternight. I feel that running water is directly related to our body composition which is majority water. The running water sound activates the vessel of our body water and blood and makes rise our Prana energy, our life force from all parts of the body, from our feet to upwards and upwards in a regular flow towards our Sahastrar, the Crown Chakra. .....and any process or sound which takes us and helps us reside at our Crown Chakra gives a Divine and surely a soothing feel. Its a beauty that even in this age of senseless violence, so many and many of people around the world seek an experience of their soul. Thanks.
It is a beautiful thing. We are in the Age of Aquarius. This is why many people are waking up and seeking their true souls experience.

So calming. I played this while I was in the hospital once on a loud hall. It calmed the hall so well, the nurses came, and asked me to play it again. I was sick, with pneumonia, and helped me heal faster.

Two years free of those horrible things. Good for you! Antidepressants just mask the problem. You can truly change your mind with the power of thought, meditating and eating clean. I never believed it was possible. Message me if you need any tips or need to talk.

I personally love this more than anything with a harsh piano tapping away on strings. I don't know why I feel that a piano has no place with meditation or healing work. It just doesn't feel good and it will never relax me like flutes an Om chanting.

I live in a small town, and my house faces a river and daily life is very similar to your picture of running waters, only thing I miss is you beautiful sounds of the bells and bowls, it it such a great way to meditate and receive such inner peace and healing.
