God bless to all my brothers and sisters christians fron Middle East ✝️ greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽 ✝️
God Bless My Orthodox Christian Brothers & Sisters Everywhere! Especially in the Middle East! ☦️
I’m a piper, but got say this drum section really knocked it out of the ballpark here.
Watching this brings tears of joy flowing like a river down my face to my heart.
Me too, can't explain it. Lapsed Irish Catholic here 😂🎉❤
Very interesting i like it alot i whish the best thanks a lot God bless you.. hello from Athens Greece.
I grew up in Panama That is a SALSA BEAT!! VAYA CON DIOS MI HERMANOS Y HERMANAS!!!!
I AM SOOOOO AMAZED AT ALL THE EVENT. LIFT MY SOUL UP ..AFTER ALL THOSE WARS AROUND , PROTESTS ... YOU ALL BLESSED MY HEART.
Love these guys
Amazing
Is very interesting to hear this music, specially if I am studying Music History.
On this is demonstrated that the bagpipes are the evolution of the Greek aulos, that was perfectioned by Hebrews, Phoenicians and Romans before the Celts invented the bagpipes.
Also, here in Mexico, there is a communnity near Mt. Popocatepetl that still develops the aulos construction and musical playing methods. It is called Tepetlixpa and is at nearly 330km southeast from Mexico City
Love for my Orthodox, Jewish, Protestants, Anglicans, Jehová Wittnesses and Mormons from all over the world, because we are only religion, even if they are differences between us,
Blessings from Mexico
Wonderfull !!!!!!!!!
What a thing to march with The King.

God`s Marching Band
God bless you all 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Que bonito 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
A mixture of Scottish pipe band and Brazilian samba wearing red berets and marching through old Jerusalem. What's not to love?
Are they playing the Scottish bagpipe or a Middle Eastern bagpipe? Either way, as you put it, "What's not to love?" The drumming is wonderful too.
Just wanted to add that the bagpipe is an ancient instrument used in the middle east
Cheers bro
@@spirosfam how about the plaid?
@@MsMounenyou're probably right these are scottish bagpipes, but bagpipes in general belong to many cultures that's what i wanted to add. It's a perfect mix here and music is for everybody:)
@@spirosfam it's certainly interesting to see what the Israelis are doing with bagpipes.
Thanks for the video.
For the rest, I am very surprised how some comments announce their lack of general education, and this also - despite good explanations here - announce.
Apparently these are probably users from the Anglo-Saxon world. General education is not there yet.
Good.
Bands from over the world play at Edinburgh tattoo some of the pipe bands from Palestine 🇵🇸 would perform excellent and get a lot of help to go to the next level and be well known all around the globe 🌎 😀 😉
Another great reason to love the Palestinians ❤
Palestine 🇵🇸 region is orthodox ☦️
Wait why are they wearing scout uniforms..?
Where is this, and what is the exact religion of these musicians and marchers?
This is wonderful to watch.
This is Jerusalem. It's the Arab Orthodox scouts but it's possible some of the kids are Armenian, Syrian or Catholic but it will be mostly Orthodox
@nunchristina I think In another video the same people march as Catholic scots
May i ask where this marching happened?
In Jerusalem . Inside the old walled city of Jerusalem
What is the origin of this music? Arabic? Mediaval turkish military music? Scottish? Combination of different traditions?
No idea to be honest. My guess it's just modern band music for here. All the different demoninations play a similar tune using the same instruments
They are palestinians, but christian syriac-orthodox. They play some scottish traditionnals or mostly own creations.
(the great scottish bagpipe they play has only 9 notes, so it's sometimes difficult to create really "original" scores)
@@nunchristina The music is traditional Palestinian folk music, mostly played and performed at weddings. You'll see many variations of this song around different Arab Countries in the Levant ( Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon)
@@Zaid_o thanks for the explanation!
@@MrSUPERDUCON Nice try, but they are still Arabs😉
Jerusalem forever 🇵🇸♥
why do they have scouts symbols ?
Because they are scouts. Each religion has their own scouts. These ones are Orthodox ones
@@nunchristina Its so interesting . I was a scout before . ⚜️✝️
@@justinbenny826 it is! I wish these sorts of things were around at that age
Well , if you do not know , this is war music and is rightfully so
No . I am Palestinian . This is Palestinian traditional song . Nothing about war in it
Yeah isn’t palastian Christan
When celtic meets middle-east meets batucada!
Kto gra na instrumentach,Arabowie zJerozolimy?
Arab's orthodox Christians .... I think
Orthodox Palestinian Christians being removed from their land by Zioniat Jews just like their Muslim compatriots. If Netanyahu gets his way, this will not be seen in future years.
You will make them angry.. they are palestinian not Israelis
Allah bless Palestine!
God Bless Palestine 🇵🇸✝️
They are Israeli
@@chibi-chibi-chaba-chaba-rubi no, they're palestinians. Palm sunday is a palestinian Christian festivity
@@neurosharkhop3339 They are Israeli citizens. This video was recorded in Israel in the old town. In another video, you can also recognize some of their faces peforming in Fassuta, near Lebanon. You can also find another video of the scouts peforming near the old city, in a viewpoint, clearly inside Israel. 20% of the Israeli citizens are arab, mainly muslim and you can find everywhere arabs working with jews in shops, schools and hospitals, just well and find for example, a muslim arab doctor (male or female) next to a jewish nurse inside a hospital in Israel. You can also find arabs being represented inside the parliment and working in IDF. About the christians, who represent around 1-2% of the population, you can find them both in Israel and Palestine, and they have nothing to do with the current conflict perpertrated by antisemitism, islamism, socialism, zionism, arab nationalism, or muslim fundamentalism perpertrated by groups such as PLO or the Muslim Brotherhood.
@@neurosharkhop3339no it's a Jewish Christian festival honoring Yeshuas entrance into Jerusalem
Why do I expect to see belly-dancers in this parade? What kind of weird exotic place is this?
It is Jerusalem
@@erikbjrn1670 No way! Everybody know Jerusalem is full of white Baptist churches, contemporary Christian music and mangers.
@@penultimateh766☝️😁☦️
It's Jerusalem we are Orientals don't you know that you mor*n
@@penultimateh766 The majority of Palestinian Christians belong to the Greek Orthodox Church, this is their Palm Sunday Parade accompanying the Patriarch of Jerusalem. These are the descendants of the first Christians, not fake US Evangelical 'Christians' who support Zionist extermination.
Scouts!!!! ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
