- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
After the very successful livestream on Sunday night I thought we'd take this opportunity to show off one of the other variants of the Studio Polygon Renown. Truth be told I haven't picked this particular variant for any reason other than it carries the Barbie livery...
Doesn't this livery suit the bus! Wow it really does send me hurtling back to my school years seeing these things roaming round West Yorkshire. It also gives me the opportunity to show off the front end with some missing lights, which is another "spec" available with this product.

You should take the renown spec that dies on hills and take on Cotterell. See if it lasts

Hi Joe enjoyed the video and the bus looks and sounds fantastic. Efe did some great models of that bus and I remember travel west Midlands as it was then had quite a few of them. I think they were P registration.
Another masterpiece from Studio Polygon and the man that gave us the 400 MMC? I am loving this and I hope that in the future that they will make something like Volvo Olympian Palatine 2. Or a Leyland Atlantean East Lancs like those that Blackpool Transport had. I will be buying this add-on upon release and its nice to see something new from Studio Polygon. High quality modelling as always.
Hi Joe, the Renown sure brings back memories of East Yorkshires B10BLEs 308-317 (W408,9,01,11-17 JAT) even though they were Alexander ALX300 bodied examples. Great video as always Joe

lovely video and lovey bus on a unrelated note I was talking to someone at work today who will remain nameless but they know you quite well and they dropped me a little hint about the new bus your going to pick up but don't worry i won't spoil it for others as its not fair but all I will say is nice to see it enter into a good long term home

@@keelanhood7644 yes its a dlc, £13.50 and its within the next 29 or so days, so anytime between now and next month it could pop up

That bus could easily be adapted into a Crusader if he made another one. Would also like to see a decent Plaxton Pointer with the AT545 Transmission and the Cummins 6BT. Awesome vid, brough back some memories of that transmission whine and the cooling fans.

I had the chance to drive Sheffield's First Bus B10 BLE whilst I worked there. It was an amazing bus, much better than any of the streetlites or enviro 200's we had. Solid and no rattling. (60648, T830 MAK for anyone wondering) think It's scrapped now sadly.

I will be using this bus on Hertfordshire V4 as everytime i play Hertfordshire i always want to drive it in a B10BLE for some reason
Hertfordshire is a great map! The B10BLE in Arriva will really suit it!
Miss the noise of the ticket being issue as used to have a load of Volvo's on my local route when it was the 17 and 18 circuit in Portsmouth now the number 1 and now streetlites

Is there a Voith variant or just First spec? I don't know if the First Mainline spec were Voith or ZF, I assume they were Voith equipped as videos of the B10Ms show those had Voith transmissions so I would guess the B10BLEs were equipped with the same transmission.
Much more than just first spec! I'm sure a full list will be available soon.
Will this be compatible with Yorkshire Counties 3.0 when the bus is released?

06:00 what do you use to look around joe as it seems much smoother than what i do?
I just use a combination of the left and right keyboard buttons, as well as the middle mouse button 😀 nothing ridiculously complex 😄

THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!!!!
Actually they’re all very different 😀 they share the “Wright Classic” bodywork, but have different names depending on what chassis they’re on.
For example:
Volvo B10BLE: Wright Renown
Volvo B10B: Wright Endurance (not low floor)
Scania L113CRL: Wright Axcess Ultralow
Scania L94UB: Wright Floline
VDL SB200: Wright Commander
Merit and Cadet are on the same chassis, but the name depends on whether it’s DAF badged or VDL badged.
