Thank you SO MUCH for showing us how to set this light up. As a photographer learning filmmaking, I never learned anything about V mount batteries for example. Simple, but I didn't know. Now I do. I appreciate this very, very much.
Thanks for the video. I am probably going to get an original 600d just because of budget concerns. And probably stick with gels when need to work with differnet color temperatures.
The regular 600d is also a great cheaper option if you don't need any of the extra features that the Pro version offers because the light output is the same.
@@FlashForwardmg man I wish I could afford that. We're thinking about it for my workplace. But for me personally cheaped out on the Amaran 300c. It was 200 bucks off. Not nearly as much output as the 600 of course ans has its compromises but works really well considering the price.
Nice video,... learned a few things about this light. I'm hoping to order this first of the week. Only topic I'm still confused on is BATTERIES. Any recommendations for full power use? Which batteries did your feature in your video? Thanks again for the video!

Thats awesome, I'm really happy it helped. Just curious what kind of photography do you do?

That’s a good call, if I get another one it won’t be the pro
great video, brother.

Yes also a great buy, I was very interested in weather sealing
@@FlashForwardmg yeah I figured that with the examples you showed using it outdoors. For me I'm mainly inside so I went for the cheaper version.
yeah for sure, you really can't go wrong with wither option, I think the 600C is next on my lighting list@@TyroneLT

Yeah I can't afford it yet either lol, I'll have to check out the 300c@@TyroneLT
Wait till you try the 1200d. It’s beastly. But Aputure is coming out with even a more brighter light!
Yeah that 1200 is next on my list!

Congratulations, great investment, but how you gonna change color temperature if it will be needed?
Well I’m gonna have to use daylight balanced options on this one, that’s why I’m considering getting the X or C as well
