I've learned so much from subscribing to your site and have applied that to my plastic builds. Two questions: Have you tried masking fluid or a masking pen that dries to a rubber, and can be removed with a toothpick? I have heard that it's better to use that for small parts over tape? (2) Make your own decals? I tried my hand at that for the first time with the race car driver that IXO Collections includes with their Porsche 917kh. I downloaded logos and a watch face that was from the actual watch worn by Steve McQueen. Using Photoshop to scale it down - the decals came out great.
Always enjoy the videos and learn a lot New to the hobby so I’m still setting the work area up I noticed your airbrush station does not have a filter in front of the fans is that correct I have tried both without the air really flows great with it’s a little less Let me k ow your thoughts Thanks
ACK ! The way you had to clearance the tires to make them fit 😬 what ever works- I guess. Could you do a classic front engine LONG NOSE V12 Ferrari as a change of pace 🤔
Glad to see you’re building again Tom 👍🏻
When did he stop
Absolutely love the end result looks awesome.
Turns out great!
As always a great video. Keep em coming I'll keep watching.

I have not used the liquid mask.
I have tried decals. Turned out ok. Not great
@@TheScalemodelingChannel Thanks. "Great" is a relative term. I guess "great" for me, but for your skill level I can understand not so.
Nice job👍
The License plate is cool because i am from Frankfurt am Main in Germany. 😅 BTW, the model is great as well.😊

Exactly what my thoughts are. Without it flows a lot more.
Yes the filters have a function. I’m aware..😅
Love bmws! I have an e36 M3 myself (real car)
Could you ever show your filming setup? Camera position + lightning
Its just a phone desk clamp snd an led desk light😅
@@TheScalemodelingChannel Ty! And you place it between you and your hands and do your best not to bump it?
@@Federelli1 correct
@@TheScalemodelingChannel Tyvm! I’ve learned so many techniques from your channel, I can’t express how thankful I am. Keep building!
Wow I love this, I have an Imola red sedan (mtech 2) and I've dreamed of having a model of it. Do you do custom orders?
Sorry. I don’t
Did you make sure the valve cover gaskets are good?
Valve cover was good. Transmission had a slight leak
@@TheScalemodelingChannel bah, stick some duct tape, and send it

Well, it was this. Cutting the suspension away. Or using bicycle tires😅
what next build you will do? (2f2f eclipse or land rover series 3)
Neither 😋
I like your solutions
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
TÜV is overdue since 1 year (tap,tap,tap...)
