Hi Lee, booking hotels off Expedia, I wouldn't have considered Sheraton either, been Doha before and knew which the best. Yah, the pool a bit small, but they do have a lagoon to have a swim in. Didn't go The Pearl Doha, can only do 2 things in a day before my mind packs in - next time :-)

Yah, Qatar's original 5 star hotel, but Sheraton nice inside. There's newer Kempinski The Pearl and Anantara Banana Island Resort on here too...
