Dan was the safe netflix watching person but Chuck was the dangerous and exciting man who takes her on adventures and understands her in all ways and the one who might have devestated Blair and made her vulnerable but he's also made her happier than she's ever been and that's why she chose him. Basically Nate and Dan might be safe but they're a bit too boring for Blair. She needs someone who's got a bit of spice and kick like Chuck.
Yeah when it comes to Chuck she knows that life with him wont be boring like he said in the finale before he proposed to her. he's the type that can show her how to have fun, Dan was more like the male best friend that was one of the reasons why I thought thy were kind of boring together because they made better friends than boyfriend and girlfriend, as for Nate he didn't really seem like the male best friend like Dan was he was the high school boyfriend so their relationship wasn't has fun as her and Chuck was which is basically why she always choose Chuck because she knew she had a future with him other than Dan or Nate

Dan was manipulated into cheating on her let's be real Serena got him drunk and said Blair already chated and was breaking up with him for Chuck, which she was it's not even remotely the same thing. Dan wanted to be with Blair and choose her over Serena which was why she was mad and manipulated them getting back together. Derena is absolute garbage but Nate wanted to be with Serena over Blair many times and was way too indecisive with his feelings for Blair Dan was never like that. Dan respected her wishes and even helped get her with Chuck and Louis when he thought she wanted to be with rather than him. Always putting Blair first as a friend and then partner. The writers ruined Dair at the end so they could make Chair fans happy their reunion went against Blair's character development and Chuck was also abusive with Blair but ya'll love to make excuses with that
there’s no way people like blair and nate together after her cheated on her with her best friend and fell in love with her while they were still together. Then he broke up with her and broke her heart and chose to get back with her because she was happier without him. now he’s only asking blair to move in with him because he insecure and wants to make chuck jealous. like be fucking fr , you can’t get more fake than that 😭

I personally don't like that he got in between serena and blair like that and did not own up to his actions put everything on serena. then he spent remainder of his relationship with blair harping over serena and only wanted blair back cause she seemed happier and less like him. but then again i don't miss nair as nate needs to grow a pair and brains.
it's a bit ironic that they call chuck a dark knight when blair has to choose from chuck and prince louis in season 4, and calling him dark prince here with nate being the white knight
