I like this quarterly approach. Plenty of people do half- yearly and yearly rankings, which is nice but can be overwhelming. Also, six months+ after something releases, it may no longer be available if you decide you want it, haha.

Haha, your version of the ND Gold palette actually got my attention. I think your replacement shades would have made it far more successful. I might have bought it!
