@@_TN.youtube I've seen the same insulated pipe before in estates where the central heating water is piped from the wood boiler to the house .but I've never seen it in a residential street though
The manual labor that brush and swivel bucket with pinchers saved pays off quickly.
The swivel bucket is like a 30k type o thing. Really the coupler does the work.
